Consummate professional. I listed our one-bedroom at the Metropolitan with Robyn at the beginning of November entering the holiday dead season in a challenging market. Robyn was able to bring in a crew of trusted stagers, painters, cleaners, and handymen to spruce the place up quickly and at a reasonable price. She is an expert in the workings of this particular condo and worked with building management to reserve the elevators for moving staging furniture. We closed the first week of January. Along the process, she provided timely, practical advice regarding dealing with the exiting tenant, pricing, disclosures, and negotiating with the buyers. In total, the process was as smooth and efficient as you can reasonably hope for with a real estate transaction. She does not come cheap, but you get what you pay for!
