They are either scammers or horribly unprofessional. I toured a property near Lake Murray with Sheila. I applied and then wanted to call because my situation was a bit unusual. I was texting with "Christie" who told me they neve responded call, only text which seemed strange. I was then asked to pay for an application fee through Venmo, which was very weird. Their venmo page is blank with a lazy description. I expressed my concern and was told "if I am no longer interested in the property, that's fine. We will remove you from the list."

Christie Burke / Seville Realty Group has managed my property since March, 2017! Christie has been awesome, handling some serious plumbing issues when I was out of the country and out of state... She is extremely helpful and professional! I have great peace of mind with Christie in charge! I can highly recommend her and Seville!!!

Rented from these folks for 4 years and they were lovely. Christie is an amazing property manager, and all the staff at Seville were always courteous and professional. Competitive rental rates, quick response times, and always kind. My wife and I are moving to follow a new job, but Seville has been a huge part of our San Diego experience. If we weren't moving we would stay in our little duplex forever. Thank you for trusting us and treating us well 🌈🏠

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I went and toured an apartment in bankers hill with Sheila on 2/21/24. Sheila told me no one else had applied yet and if I submitted an application I’d be the first to apply and she’d review it when she was back in office. On Monday, 2/26/24 I was told via text message by Sheila that I had been approved. She told me she’d be sending over a lease for signature for a move in date of 3/6/24. Fast forward to Thursday, 2/29/24 and I hadn’t heard anything from them. I had been texting, calling, and emailing them all week with no response until Thursday. Christie told me they accepted another applicant. This makes absolutely no sense because if I was approved on Monday why even bother approving another applicant after I had already been approved?! Make it make sense. Sheila and Christie are highly unprofessional, lack decent communication skills, and clearly don’t know how to run a business. I’d stay far far far away from the property management “company”. Christie had the audacity to tell me I can look at other rentals on their website as if I’d dare try and rent another place from them. I hope y’all have the year you deserve!

Worst property management I've ever experienced. Christie is okay to work with, Sheila is a nightmare. The most unprofessional management team, wouldn't recommend to anyone. They gave my deposit back to another girl I lived with (?) and trusted her to split it with me evenly, which she didn’t. I lost a ton of my deposit due to their negligence, immaturity, and poor management.
