I have been renting from Sasseen for 23 years. Max, Julie and Debbie are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to meet my rental needs. I highly recommend Sasseen Reality. Thanks to them I have a nice home to live in. Sasseen is the best and I'm so thankful for them.

First 10 years of renting from slum lord after slum lord had me very discouraged. I've been renting with Saseen for the past 2 years and what a breath of fresh air this has been!! Very few problems have come up with my residence, but the response time with these ladies in the office has been fanominal! Only place in town that will get my recommendation for sure!

Debbie has been wonderful since day one! I came to look at one property but based on my personality she recommended another property. When I first pulled up I was like hmmm but when I went on the inside it was completely remodeled with a brand new air conditioning unit I absolutely loved the paint on the walls weren't bland White with hardwood floors! She let me know that the properties with them rent very quickly. She said I needed to leave a full deposit in an application fee and approval would be within 48 hours. I couldn't get to the bank fast enough lol! With a very quick turnaround she notified me I could come pick up my key! I have been here for 2 years I am very happy. If there's any maintenance that needs to be done on my property it has been completed in a reasonable time. I utilize Omega pest control to prevent rodents, roaches and other insects. They are the best in town I've never had a problem. The amount I'm paying in rent for a three-bedroom one-bath some of these apartment complexes are charging the same amount. I would rather have the privacy of a home and a garage. I feel very happy and I definitely recommend Sasseen and will resign my lease. 😁

I am an out of state rental owner. The ladies that represent Sasseen Realty have been fantastic to work with. I needed someone professional and able to trust. I’ve been so pleased with their services. They are all easy to talk to. I’ve been with them for two years and have a few properties with them. Well worth the fees, because they’re level of service exceeds it.

Sasseen Group has taken over my properties this past year from another Realty that promised a lot but delivered nothing. All yes sir we will but as soon as the conversation was over, no action. Debbie and Crystal have bent over backwards to do what they say and I am very satisfied with their handling of my properties. They have kept me informed on the condition of my properties and have work hard to keep them rented. My praises to them.
