First-time home buyer’s experience is not supposed to be that streamlined. The sellers even agreed to pay EVERYTHING for us; all realtor’s fees, closing costs, thousands of $$ of renovations, and even bought down our interest rate!!!!!!! There’s no way they would have agreed to have done all that without Ashley being our agent Great experience overall
