There are far too many good things to say about my experience with Samit Shah to fit into this review, He far exceeded my high expectations that came when a neighbor recommended him. His market assessment was spot on. His advice on what things we should remodel before the sale was perfect (as was his management of the remodel) which massively improved the appeal of the house in record time at a very affordable cost. His marketing was absolutely exceptional (video, website, social media, neighborhood canvassing, etc.), which resulted in far more offers on the house than I thought possible. And Samit was extremely responsive, helpful, proactive, and professional throughout the whole process. I cannot think of a single thing he could have done better. I highly recommend Samit and would absolutely use him again!
