Tony was here today to hang a fallen sink in the spare bathroom (of my daughter's home) He arrived within the scheduled time, assessed the situation, went to get parts & completed the task very quickly & efficiently. It was nice that he took the time to explain to me what he had done & showed me that the sink was now more stable than it was to begin with.

Tony was great! He fixed our double gate door and hinge that was torn off from the wind. He also did a great job putting up our shelf/ hanging closet rack in our bedroom. Thank you so much! We greatly appreciate it! He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend him.

I had an outstanding experience with Don from maintenance this week and wanted to share just how impressed I am. I put in a request on Tuesday for issues with both my bathroom sink and kitchen sink, and Don showed up within just a couple of hours super fast response time! Not only was he prompt, but he was also professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problems and had everything fixed within about an hour. Both sinks are now working perfectly! It’s rare to see that level of efficiency and care these days. Don really went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. If this is the standard, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I had some water heating issues. Don( the main mechanic) came to inspect and he did a fantastic job to fix the issue. He was very friendly and waited until the main issue was fixed

Don- the maintenance man is beyond awesome! He listens, friendly, gives advice for the problem, & completes the project. Please keep him on!!! Piece of my ceiling fell and it was fixed and double checked.
