We bought our first home two months ago, and Ronnie was our Realtor. Let me begin by saying that we were not "easy" customers because, due to the characteristics of our family, we needed to tick many boxes before accepting a house. But the first thing that caught our attention was Ronnie's endless patience. When I thought he was going to tell us "Sorry guys, but you are on your own now", instead we received words of support and reassurance..."Don't worry, we will find it soon. Do not despair". If that was not enough, Ronnie displayed extensive knowledge of the market and the different areas, giving us details here and there whenever needed. He had an answer for every question and, sometimes, he even provided a reply before we asked the questions, as if he could foresee what we were thinking. Whenever the moment required it, Ronnie turned into a fierce and skilled negotiator, trying to get the best results for us in every deal. He was always honest, caring and respectful. He also provided useful contacts for whatever need that arouse. In a few words, you not only WANT Ronnie at your side when you go house hunting, but you NEED him by your side. It is a pity I can only give him 5 stars, as he deserves 6. Ronnie not only is, for us, an exceptional realtor, but he is also considered a good friend.
