Rob Brown is THE best realtor in the triangle and I don’t say that lightly! My husband and I were trying to find our first home and we were not having great luck with our first realtor. We were confused about the home buying process and did not feel like the realtor was putting our best interests first. Then, as luck would have it, we met the most welcoming and friendly realtor at an open house! And that man was Rob! He was so easy to talk to and without pressure provided us with his contact information. After reaching out, he set up a meeting at a coffee shop to get to know us, know what we were looking for and explain the home buying process. It was invaluable having him explain everything, as we were first time home buyers. He was so thoughtful in finding homes for us to look at and even went to the homes and FaceTimed us when we were out of town! He told us just what to look out for when buying a house and we could not have trusted him more. Once we finally found a house, Rob went above and beyond and wrote the sellers a letter explaining our situation of being first time home buyers and we won the bid! We didn’t have the highest bid amount, but Rob’s dedication to explaining why we were deserving of the bid was what got us our house. Fast forward to 3 years later and Rob was our first choice when we needed to sell our home. He made sure to explain the entire process, give a timeline that coincided with closing on our new house. The timing of everything was perfect and we were able to close on our new home without having to pay two mortgages! Rob continues to be such a wonderful person and really loves what he does. I recommend him to anyone living in the area because he is truly the very best in the business.

Buying my first home and moving to a new city — in a different state, no less — could’ve been incredibly overwhelming, but Rob made it feel surprisingly smooth. From our first conversation, he really listened to what I needed and what was important to me in terms of location and condition of the house. Rob was also fast, super efficient, and always a step ahead, which made a huge difference with the distance and timing involved. (For reference, I was relocating from Boston to Raleigh!) I think from the first time we met until my closing, maybe 7 weeks total elapsed! Communication with Rob also was effortless — I always felt informed and supported, even from hundreds of miles away; I was free to text or call him with any question and assisted me with the inspection, contacting a lawyer, etc. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner who cared and had my back!
