He is a unique realtor as he cares deeply about his clients, always leads with honesty, and has true homeowner knowledge. We couldn’t imagine buying a home with anyone else. Although we were facing a deadline in which we needed to be in a new place, he never pressured us to buy a place and consistently reminded us of our goals in our home search and our options if we didn’t find a place. He was constantly available to look at homes and made us feel like we were his only clients at the time. When dealing with the logistics of making offers and closing, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and help. His realtor IQ was a huge asset. Ultimately, we were confident that Riley cared about us and our home buying experience and we knew that a home we bought with him, was a quality home we would love.

Riley White is like a needle in a haystack regarding realtors. As an inspector he truly wants what's best for his clients no matter how deep the inspection takes us down the rabbit hole. His professionalism and negotiating skills are highly commendable especially on the buyers end which I get to see and pulls off negotiating miracles or so it seems. Riley is in your corner with no other priority except for his clients. His dedication is seen not only with his clients but how those he mentors get to business. He will go the extra mile and with generations of real estate in his family he was born to be a leader.

He was always available to work with a lender and get numbers back on a house so that you could talk finances early - something that was very important to us. Riley will go above and beyond to find your perfect home. He has extensive expertise in the industry, and was able to quickly identify red flags in homes that we would have never noticed. He also pushed our search boundaries, which lead us to find our dream home (it was just 15 minutes outside our initial search range!)
