Kodi Riddle was such a pleasure to work with. Very patient and understanding, I had lots of obstacles come up, but she worked with me to the end. She checked in every couple weeks to make sure I was still doing good, was happy or if I needed anything. If I buy at some point again in the Phoenix area or suburbs, Kodi Riddle will most certainly be my absolute first choice. Great realtor and human being!!

Kodi and her team--especially Ross and Hogan--were with us every step of the way as we worked to sell our mother's house in Cave Creek, AZ. We interviewed her over the phone and she gave thoughtful but honest answers and provided follow-on material to help us decide. A win for everyone! The team communicated well, were responsive, and got answers when they didn't have them.
