Ricky is fantastic! My husband and I moved from out of state and Ricky was wonderful about working remotely with us by doing video tours of neighborhoods and homes to help us get a sense of where we ultimately wanted to live. He was super flexible with our busy work schedules and being in a different time zone. His dedication was just the same in person when he spent a week with us looking at over 20 homes until we found the one! Ricky brilliantly delivered everything he promised and more. He took care of and prepared us (and the market) for the sale of our property from first contact to completion. We were totally surprised when two offers were presented on the first day of the showing. The sale was completed months ahead of expectations, with a buyer who shared our vision for the unique historic property and our home for 30 years.

Ricky is absolutely amazing in every way and we really can't give enough positive feedback about him. My husband and I were pretty overwhelmed with our upcoming move from Ohio to Colorado, but Ricky somehow made this cross-country move feel easy! After we had our initial meeting to help give him an idea of where we wanted to live and what we were looking for, he led us through several virtual home tours to ensure we only had to travel out to Colorado for 1 weekend in order to make our final decision and purchase our home. He managed everything locally that we were unable to manage from Ohio and kept us updated with how things were progressing. He was our tireless advocate when we had challenges with our lender and ensured that we stayed on course to close on time. He met with painters and supervised the painting of our house (making sure this was completed prior to our move-in date) and hired a cleaner for us to ensure our house had also been cleaned prior to our move in. As if all this wasn’t enough, we’d ordered a Christmas tree to arrive at our house by the time we made it there (we were moving just prior to Christmas) - Ricky set up the tree for us AND had wrapped gifts for both of our kids and our dog. He also met us at our house late on a Friday night when we were arriving to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. Ricky was very arrogant and did not follow his own contract. I was under contract on a home which per Ricky's home inspection resolution contract, I was to chose a structural engineer to assess a leaning structural column in the crawl space. The seller was allowed to have their own engineer out who did not even look at the column. Ricky did not tell me this until I questioned him. He continued to pressure me to sign off on this house even after I told him I was not comfortable doing so. I had to withdraw from the home.
