I enjoyed getting to know Rick, working with him on the complicated listing, auction and ultimate mid-seven-figure sale of a midtown penthouse. Throughout the process, Rick demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and integrity. He was willing to go the extra mile (and often a mile and a half!) for an absentee owner, presenting the gorgeous triplex unit in the most positive manner. Rick is an incredible real estate agent! My wife and I were first time home buyers looking for a condo in LIC. He worked around our schedule to book showings. He was extremely responsive and really put our needs first when finding a unit. Once we found the perfect home, Rick negotiated a great deal with the seller. He also helped us coordinate with the legal teams and banks to ensure we were able to close on time. Throughout the process, he answered our questions with sincerity and thoughtfulness. Rick Kelly and his team did a great job selling my Manhattan co-op. They tried to show it as much as possible, and did an excellent job following up with all the agents who showed the property or direct buyers. Rick and his assistant Parker were great to work with. They tried to set up showings at times that worked best for me. They also provided me with helpful follow up after each showing. Whenever I had any questions and requested additional information, they got back to me right away with the information. Since this was an Estate sale, it was a difficult situation for me. Rick was very supportive and went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. I interviewed a lot of Real Estate Agents before listing with Rick. I chose him because he was the only Agent who had a positive, "can do" attitude. He assured me that he would be able to sell the unit and worked very hard to do so. Since the apt. closed a few weeks ago, his "can do" attitude obviously worked!
