I was newly widowed and faced with having to sell my lovely townhome. We spent 16 years there together and it was so hard to let go. But the economy demanded I did. My Son recommended Tim Clouser of Remax Realty. We encountered an interested buyer and after allowing 4 showings closed on the sale. You think great it’s over! Wrong. This person came back afterwards to make demands. If I had not had a very experienced Realtor on my side it could’ve been very expensive. Tim Clouser is the absolute best realtor ever. He sold my first home for me very quickly, was there every step of the way and made sure the process was smooth. When my father passed away, I lived about an hour and a half from my father’s home. I asked Tim for help selling the home. He was amazing. He put me in contact with contractors to help me repair some things and to clear the house out.he listed the home and it sold very quickly. Fast forward a few years and we live in Allentown and are selling our house. We listed with a local realtor and I wish Tim covered the Allentown area. Tim is hands down the best realtor ever.
