Move in process was very smooth and they communicated VERY well and made it easy for me.I really don’t have very many complaints and Hailey and a few of the agents are top notch professionals when it comes to this business.I just can’t shake the fact of the description of the property not being accurate and detailed. An example of my experience is the reason I rented a house instead of a town home was for the yard and garage.The owner still currently has 3 boats taking up a large portion of the yard and removed 1 after 2.5 months of asking to have access to my garage which it was blocking and a random engine sitting in the front yard that seems to just be thrown out from a vehicle. I feel like the landlords are not held to the same business practices as the tenants and in that regard have had an extremely poor experience and considered not continuing after the lease is up. Other than that the company has been great with communication and making the process as smooth as possible with most things.

We, not one time paid our rent one day late in 3 years, we took very good care of the property we rented. The maintenance was taken care of as soon as it was requested, which was very much appreciated. When we got ready to move I paid for the carpet in the rooms to be professional cleaned and turned in the receipt as instructed. Plus I paid a professional to clean the house after we moved out. We paid over $500 to have the cleaning done so we could get our $1200 deposit back. Re/Max claims they had to re-clean the carpets, hire someone to re-clean the house and replace the blinds. Mind you one room with carpet we never even used. The house was clean! They only gave use $442.63 out of $1200. This is totally unacceptable.

Recently helped my sister move into a new home in Shreveport. It was honestly a stressful process getting her moved from out of state back to Shreveport but they were absolutely amazing. Every time her or I would call (which was a lot honestly) they didn't seem to mind answering our questions at all. She was able to do everything online and via email, and they walked me through the home and took care of everything I asked. There were some minor issues we happened to catch prior to moving in and they had them fixed within like a day. They even have the house cleaned and smelling great before she moved in. It just made the process so much easier and helpful when she got here to Shreveport and the house was ready to be moved into. Would definitely use them again. Top notch service, communication, and repair staff.

Do not ever lease a property from them! They do not fulfill maintenance requests, they have poor customer service and they will charge you bogus charges upon moving out!! The only good that came out of this was them reporting to the credit bureau that i paid my rent on time every month. It helped to boost my credit so that i could buy my own home!! Other than that…leasing a home through them is a headache! Oh and they also make up lies before moving in about things that they say will be handled & never are! Then when you call about it, they say “the owner” is not agreeing to fix these things! Basically, if you have other options, go with the other options!! This company is a scam! I could write a book about my experience with leasing from them…it was far from good!! Oh and let me not forget to tell how they listed my property for rent while i was still living there & haven’t even given an official move out notice!! People were actually walking around the yard & back yard trying to see if blinds were open to see inside! That was highly dangerous considering i have kids in my home!! I had to call them & ask them to delete it and remind them that i had not given an official..all i did was inquire about the move out notice form!! Also, i had not been in a lease in over year, i even called to inquire about it close to my lease expiring & was told that they do not re-sign a lease once it’s over, the tenant just pays from month to month. But, once i told them that i was in the process of buying a home, i got a text from them saying that if i wasn’t moving then we need to discuss signing another lease BEFORE the first of the next month. It was already the middle of that month though!! Enter a lease with these ppl at your own risk!!

Our experience has been extremely pleasant considering all that is going on in the world right now. We needed a bigger place fast with having 4 teenagers and a grandmother crammed in a 3 bedroom. Becky Flowers met us after hours because the office was closed and was patient with us because we had to FaceTime 2 of our kids that were at their dads. She really made our day! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
