Avoid RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, Broker Casey Collins and Agent Carroll Haynes. I was tricked into signing a dual agency agreement without proper disclosure. They prioritized a double commission over my interests, then refused a simple escrow holdback—even if it meant delaying their own buyer’s closing. Totally unethical and dishonest. Complaints are being filed with the Missouri Real Estate Commission and Realtor Ethics Board. Do not trust them.

Contacted a couple different Real Estate companies in the area when we started looking and Breeana O'Sullivan was the only one who really took us serious and stuck with us the whole way. She did multiple video tours and when we would come to town on the weekends she had all the viewings set up. We were able to purchase the property we wanted with her help. Can't believe it! She also guided us as to companies we could work with locally and they also were wonderful to work with.

Jessica was beyond knowledgeable and professional. She went ABOVE and BEYOND when it came to getting the deal done. She had great insight on comps, when to price drop, counter offers, and how to get the most out of our home. Her marketing was phenomenal - professional photos, videos, and knew all our views, etc. Her office made the process seamless!
