Melanie recently sold undeveloped real estate for my husband and me that we wanted to pass on to someone else to enjoy, but really didn’t know who to contact, as we don’t live in the area. Melanie review: When it came to home-buying, my other half and I were clueless, two stray cats would have had more knowledge than we did. Melanie was so patient with us and never made us feel dumb no matter how elementary our questions were, or how many times she had to answer the same question. She was also a fighter for us, pushing processes along when things were going too slow. She was able to find us a house that dropped in price and scheduled a viewing the same day, and she walked us through each step from putting in the offer to the final signing. We also loved that we could have Zoom chats/meeting with her, that was very helpful since we were located a few hours away. However my favorite thing about Melanie was the fact that she was working to find us our home, not just make a sale. If we were looking at house that she saw issues with she would always point out the issue and explain why that home wouldn’t be a good investment. When we did find a good home, I could trust Melanie’s knowledge and opinion that the house is a good one. Overall Melanie made the whole home-buying experience easy and as stress-free as possible! I would recommend her to anyone, but especially first time buyers!
