He went above and beyond in his job performance, appreciated everything he involved himself with during the sell of my home. Just need to be cautious of “other” agents and companies that come to “show” , potential “buyers”.???

Choosing Lavell was the smartest choice we ever made as first time home buyers. He took the time to understand our needs and explain everything in detail. He was available almost 24/7 and always on top of things. We didn’t have a lot of time to see/tour houses but he was able to get multiple tours scheduled back to back and made sure we saw every house we wanted to see. Highly recommend him to anyone. We will definitely be in contact when it’s time to sell or rent in the future.
