The Realtors are incredibly hard to get a hold of and there policies bring many things into question. Before even signing a lease you must give them the security deposit which according to their own statements can be held for ten days. This is not a guarantee of lease of any property this is just to apply for the property. I have experienced this before and somehow it carries the name honest money. I do not see how this benefits anyone by forcing them to allow money to be held without a solid answer on approval status. The second problem is I had to call almost a dozen times just to speak to anyone who could answer any questions about the application itself. The worst part is I never even spoke with the actual realtor for the property I was interested in renting just one of the office workers. I would not recommend this company to do business with.
