My ReMax realtor lied to me unnecessarily through the whole process. They were manipulative and secretive. They pushed me to sell well before I was ready to sell my very marketable home (all of my homes have historically received selling offers within days on the market. This one sold in one day.) I was literally in a huge move and personal change in my life and despite my being very honest with them about that, they kept hounding me about getting it on the market. They were very unorganized and I think unprofessional considering they are a very high profile realtor in Des Moines. It was a very strange experience and I am not quiet about it.

I highly recommend that you not use this outfit to buy or sell a home. It's a long story but they have an agent who is incredibly rude.

Big day for our family! New house, new town, and new adventures! Big thank you to Greg Steward, Greg Steward - Realtor, and Steward Real Estate Group!!! He was there for us through the entire buying process and even weathered the largest snow storm of season for us to see the house we ended up buying. Not only being there for us through the buying process but also helping us get through the selling process of our current home. We had a very tight window to get updates done to our current home and sold to avoid two mortgage payments. With Greg’s contacts and help we were able to achieve our goal of avoiding two mortgage payments. Once updates were done our home was up for sale within 24 hours and we accepted an offer within 24 hours of being on the market! Greg is a true professional in the real estate market! As a volunteer representative of a small HOA I interact with many realtors and real estate agents. I have never had one speak to me as unprofessionally as Liz Prue. When she failed to make a meeting without notification I told her that I couldn't accommodate her schedule, and she gave me a response dripping with sarcasm. Apparently it offended her that I expected her to put effort into doing her job instead of making me run around town to do paperwork that her office needs. If you want professionalism, courtesy, and a strong work ethic, I strongly recommend against working with Liz Prue.
