Marti and her team were terrific to work with! We were selling our home while living out of state, and Marti took care of everything. She advised on what repairs/ upgrades were neccessary ( and which ones werent), and then obtained the right people for the jobs. Her knowledge of the real estate market in our area was extensive, she listened to our concerns, and then advised us on the smartest strategy to market our house. She even took the time to drive out to the house every week to check on it and take out the trash! She eased our minds and took much of the stress off of us.
