Working with Rocco was an all around fantastic experience. He listened to our needs and didn't waste time showing us houses that we knew we were going to be comprising with. He was kind, hilarious, and aggressive when he needed to be. Had an uphill battle for our new purchase and he made it happen, even after getting the first offer denied and didn't offer more money on the house. Rocco and his team come highly recommended!!!

Have been working with Rocco for the past 15 years. Admittedly I'm a nightmare client, I look at listings constantly and overwork in general. He's been able to hone in on what I'm trying to get done and that's why it works. Knows about the state, the microclimates and logistics of the deal from start to finish. Anyone can call and set up appointments but it's the ten things I didn't think about beforehand that come with almost every situation that he spots immediately. Makes me better and I appreciate that and people should know this. Would recommend any new Rhode Islanders to Mr. Quattrocchi. Call first.
