We met Pat Johnson while looking at open houses and immediately felt a strong connection. She was extremely helpful, giving us her own home's operating costs to help us understand how living in AZ would compare to IL. When we were ready to start looking, Pat was ready. Our needs were a little different than most, and we appreciated how well she listened. What made the difference to us was her efforts from purchase contract until close. Pat handled all the details and was meticulous in ensuring we were getting a home that met our needs. A month later, we're still in contact with Pat. She provided us with a list of recommended service and utility providers. We are very happy we chose her to help us find our new home.

Due to circumstance beyond my control, I had to sell my house in Sun City, Arizona. Marie Schnabel with Long Realty was my realtor. I had worked with her before, when I bought my house in 2018. I was in another state and Marie was so helpful going to different properties and taking photos and videos for me until we found the right place! She made things so easy! So obviously when it came time for me to sell, she was my choice. Marie listed my home and it sold in 1 day - she walked me through everything and was in constant communication with me so I knew what was happening at all times - plus being SO helpful (she even brought me moving boxes) and lined up vendors for repairs that needed to be done. She helped me beyond the sale of the house - I would highly recommend her! I know if/when I get back to AZ - she will definitely be the person I call! Lisa B was amazing. We met with her & she offered to help us find the best trades to help fix up our property. Because we were out of state she actually "rolled her sleeves up" and did some of the clean up/fixup work herself. It would have taken us more than a couple of months to get done what she accomplished in 2 weeks! And the finished work was so attractive! We loved it! She was always hands on with us, keeping us up- to- date with progress (thank heavens for Zoom) and then showed her expertise with the actual sale, giving the best advise in our decision-making. Oh my goodness what a wonderful experience. My realtors made my house selling so easy. From the first call to the them until the final papers signed. They were so very helpful in listing my house, photographing it, to helping find a few repair people to fix minor items. Any questions I had were answered very fast and if they were with clients they got back to me asap. A big shout out to Bill Fleck for all he helped me with. I know if I ever need a realtor again in Surprise AZ area I’ll be calling him. I consider him one of the best!

Our realtor, Lori Bissell was amazing in all aspects of her job. She showed great patience in making sure we had seen all the homes that may fit our criteria and always made her schedule work with what we had available. She was very responsive to all request we had for information and always went above what we would have expected from a realtor. Our home buying experience was wonderful and Lori is the one who made it that way. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell or purchase.
