For many years I had been passively looking for a house with land in the Kyle Canyon area. I asked Joyce of Realty One to let me know if she came across any properties that she thought I might find interesting. One day about a month ago, I received an excited text. Such a property just listed that day! Joyce met me the following day to walk the property, and we submitted an offer that afternoon. We closed escrow the following week! I think this is the fastest, easiest most hassle-free close I have ever experienced (I've bought quite a number of houses over the years), and that is thanks to Joyce and Stephanie knowing their jobs, being diligent, and hand-holding me through every step of the process. I cannot say enough good things about them or their company. I will only use them for my real estate needs in the future.
