Had a relatively good experience wit Grace Nguyen as she was very helpful in the process of applying to rent a unit and was ultimately accepted after going through the entire process. Then, I was transferred to a different property manager within the group (which i was not notified of) when i contacted them to get in touch about when the lease would be sent to us and he/she had no idea who i was or that i had been already sent an email saying our application had been accepted and that we could review and sign a lease, as well as set up our account for how we would pay rent. A few days later i reach back out to the new property manager after being left on read for about five days and all of the sudden we are now only considered prospects and the unit is actually now under deliberation. I'm told that somehow the computer system had a glitch and was able to write an entire acceptance email signed by the previous property manager! Coincidentally this glitch led to us not ultimately having the unit as we had been told five days before and i was then conveniently made aware that there were two or three other groups vying for this unit and one had said they were able to move in around the time we were but we had said so second so our offer was effectively rescinded despite previous communication of our acceptance. Complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for a clear line of communication and clearly not of their written word but will rather go back on decisions whenever they feel like it and leave others to figure it out after going all in for an application, disgusting.

Anil (Anil Kumar) was professional, responsive and was able to get his offer accepted amongst other offers. He also closed the escrow on time, and his team was outstanding as far as staying on top of all the documents throughout the escrow.

Employs toxic agents like Richard Fleming who name call/argue like a 3 yr old child & overvalues his importance and abilities. Stay far away.
