Realty ONE Group - Chandler

I joined Realty One a few months ago and am loving it so far. Brian is a great Broker. Always answers a call or text promptly, gives great advice and is an overall great person. Elisha, at the front desk always greets you with a warm and friendly smile, just putting you in a great mood. The office itself is gorgeous - very inviting and complete with a cute kitchen, coffee and high end computers to work on. Can’t wait to get more involved with our office events now that we’re settled in our new space! Leah Burr

If you are a realtor and looking for a brokerage DO NOT GO WITH REALTY ONE GROUP. Broker and everybody else make it sound like it is so cheap. And low fees. Etc but it is all BS. In this last month I had to pay them over $700 just because I have my license with them. No transactions nothing. I paid $400 that is due every 6 months without using the brokerage once. I tried to ask for a refund but broker said too bad you signed a contract. So I went ahead and severed my licenses to prevent the $50/month charge. Well they went ahead and charged me over $300 for whatever fees they claim. When I called broker regarding the $400 I was told if you don’t want to keep getting charged go to ADRE and severed your license, which I did. And surprise. I Get hit with $300 + more for whatever fees they claim. They don’t care. They say too bad. You signed something and you have to pay. I would appreciate having been advice about the fee if I severed when I called the first time but instead they advised me to severed without ever mentioning this fee. I have never ever been charged before when I severed my license. This brokerage is a RIP OFF !!!

Nothing is better than time to know a company or company representative. After 11 years of association with Realty One Tempe (with a few short excursions to other firms), I find the long term tenancy of Manager Brian White admirable and he always has time to answer my questions. The inner office environment is professional and positive and the front door staff always helpful, happy and kind to all of us agents.

First of all I would not recommend anyone do business with this group. I had an issue with one of their realtors and wanted to come up with a peaceful resolution. Instead I was subject to an angry broker his name is Brandon White. First off he was very baligerant and came off as someone who had dranken a ton of alcohol. Very unprofessionally handled.

NEVER use these people. They are deceitful people. Buying or selling a house is a huge deal and its important to use an honest broker. My offer on a home was accepted over a week ago and they are still advertising the house on craigslist. When I called and asked why they posted a home for sale that they can clearly see is pending, he basically told me that its legally allowed even if they are purposefully trying to mislead people. That they can show people other homes, and that "everyone does it", so its not a big deal. It may not be illegal, but its obviously unethical. There are so many homes for sale, why list houses they know they cant show you or accept offers on? Clearly these people are more concerned with tricking you into hiring them then actually earning your business. There are so many great real estate agents, find someone honest!
