I could not have chosen a better person to guide me through the home buying process as a first time home buyer. Brandon is extremely personable, professional and most importantly, honest and real with all of his clients. He is a NY native and he has a deep love for NYC as well as a wide breadth of knowledge of all NYC neighborhoods. He has worked on all types of deals ranging from studio rental units to $10 million + penthouse condo sales and everything/anything in between. Brandon and his team (Lydia included!) were top of the line when helping me to pick the right apartment, providing me with comps, commentary and their honest thoughts on each place I looked at. Additionally, they were able to seamlessly guide me through the NYC co-op application process, which can be a daunting task. They took a huge workload off my plate and guided me to a successful and efficient close. Brandon was also able to recommend mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, attorneys etc. to guide me throughout the close process, who were all great. I will 100% be using Brandon if and when I buy another place in NYC and recommend Brandon with the utmost support to anyone in need of a new home!!

He Understands his customer's needs and quickly look for the solutions of his customers, and follow up end-to-end until is done and everybody is super-happy with the transaction. I had a rough go selling my apartment initially. The agent I chose just didn't get me or the property. I was introduced to Brandon thru a friend in the building. He was forthright and had a great vibe...he's was great, worked with me and we got the place sold.

Brandon was awesome. He's honest and very experienced in manhattan and brooklyn. He'll get to know you and tell you when you are headed down a path he doesn't think is right for you. Most importantly to me is that he is super responsive and communicative - he's always on...early mornings, late at night, weekend...you can always reach him. He helped me purchase my apartment and I'm sure I will work with him again on any future sale or purchase in NYC.
