Gemma Kanhai was the realtor that I was blessed with in the purchasing of my home. My husband is in the military and deployed so there were alot of bumps in the road with paperwork and time lines that she took the wheel on and made this experience absolutely amazing. So many things could have gone wrong or created major stress and Gemma made sure to take hold of everything and steer the situation in the way it needed to go. I truly could not have asked for a better realtor to go through this process and experience with. She made this a wonderful time and experience when it could have been disastrous. Having to do almost all of this process on my own with my husband overseas, she made this feel like such a family process and event that it was still a beautiful thing to go through. I am beyond grateful for all of her dedication, effort and support that she poured into this. If you are looking for someone who is going to gently hold your hand and help you in the toughest moments while using her other hand to hold those accountable that need to be, Gemma Kanhai is absolutely the person you want and need in your corner.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this realtor and brokerage. It’s been over a week since both parties agreed to the release, yet I still have not received the signed release form from the broker. Despite being in constant communication and following up multiple times, I have heard nothing back. This lack of professionalism and responsiveness has been very frustrating and has caused unnecessary delays. I would not recommend working with this brokerage.

My fiancée and I were on a time constraint for a new place to live. Thank god we found Elizabeth. She put an immense amount of effort into putting us into a home that fit our needs and expectations. We are happy and Elizabeth’s contribution to our happiness will always be appreciated. THANK YOU ELIZABETH!!

JONATHAN KIRIAKOS was referred to me by a friend. We looked at a ton of properties… finally found the right place, a Triplex in Mt Vernon, and Jonathon guided me through the entire process, re assured me that this was a great deal, and ALWAYS looked out for my best interests. Even if less of a benefit to himself. He wouldn’t give up on finding me a house. He was very active and helpful any time of the day… Jonathon is an amazing real estate agent, and a fearless negotiator… that always looks out for his needs and best interests… Also, Jonathon will make the deal happen with favorable terms, and will not let himself or his client be pushed around, by any dishonest realtors… All I have to say is positive things, and I will 100% be using Jonathon for my next deal, and suggest anybody reading this consider him as well!!!
