Our home has been in the family for over 77 years, first purchased by my grandparents in 1948. It was a rental property for the last 40 years and now was time to sell, as we live out of state. It was important that we find a realtor with local knowledge and construction contacts since a lot of work needed to be done in order to prepare the property for sale and we needed someone who could manage the preparation since we weren’t close by. David had acted as our rental agent for many years and always found exceptional tenants, so it was only natural that we reach out to him and Devin to work with us.
