I chose her because she is certified in real estate divorce which I was going through and made everything super easy ! Rain Garcia made selling my house very smooth. She is highly professional and very meticulous on paperwork. She knows her contracts and her pricing. I wanted to sell quickly, and she did it, and even got a bidding war going on my place. It sold for much more than asking price.
