Pyramid Real Estate Group

Our condo recently moved to Pyramid from another Stanford based property management company. The service has truly been day and night compared to our previous provider; this is largely due to Jorge Castillo who is our aligned property manager. Jorge is professional, accommodating, proactive, and quick to respond. I believe he has done in the past year alone than our previous provider did in the past three years combined. This includes both reacting to emergencies to helping to proactively address more preventative measures. As a smaller condo complex - it's easy to be "deprioritized" with property managers managing multiple properties. While we were skeptical going in, I'm happy to say that both Peter and Jorge have worked with us in setting the right expectations and partnering, we've had a very positive start, especially with navigating complex situations, and look forward to seeing this level and quality of service continue.

My experience working with George Theodoridis is top notch! He's a pleasure to be in contact with, extremely responsive and reliable. George's attentiveness makes all the difference. I'm in the client service business and can appreciate that George is always there to support my needs. It's hard to find an individual to champion on your behalf but I've found that with him. Pyramid - you're lucky to have such an asset on your team!

In the time I have become President of our association I have worked with 4 properties Managers and 3 management companies. Switching to Pyramid Real Estate Group was the best decision we made. The manager assigned to our property, George Thedoridis, is great to work with, he listens well and communicates clearly and often with the board. George is resourceful and proactive in solving the day to day issues that arise with the owners/tenants in the community.

I worked with Ed Bertino when Pyramid was the property manager of my condo complex. Ed was extremely professional and responsive. I went to him with questions and concerns on my unit and the complex as a whole. He was always very quick to deal with my request promptly and efficiently. He was great to work with.

Overall, I can say without hesitation that George Theodoridis is an exceptional property manager who truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch property manager! He is an asset to Pyrmaid Real Estate Group.
