We recently bought a home with the guidance of Precious and were extremely satisfied with her efforts. We chanced upon her at an open house when starting our home-buying process and were immediately impressed with her knowledge, experience, and professionalism. We quickly and easily agreed that we wanted to stick with Precious for future showings because we knew she would be punctual and available for us, and would keep our best interests always as a high priority. As first-time home buyers, she was patient with us and knew the important issues to be aware of as such. I'm very happy we came across Precious Lyons and would absolutely recommend her to other Denver-area buyers! UPDATE FROM 2+ YEARS LATER: We have had numerous issues stemming from recommendations given by Precious regarding contractors used in our home-buying process. As first-time home buyers, we took her recommendations to heart, only to find problems with both the inspector and electrician. They cut corners which we weren't aware of, and it has cost us in regards to plumbing and electric issues. This is especially the case with Colin Erskine of "Electric Avenue" (NOT the real Electric Avenue, LLC of Littleton, CO) whose shoddy work has been rebuked by multiple better-qualified electricians later on. He would argue with us on what and how we wanted electricity configured in our house, used cheap materials that don't stand up to inspection, left messes behind, tampered with our Xcel seal/tag without a permit, and in general was difficult to work with. I don't know what kind of professional relationships/networks Precious engages in, but we have been very dissatisfied with this aspect of her work. Furthermore, we were given a completely BOGUS home warranty with American Home Shield that has proved to be a complete scam. This warranty was part of her sell to us that we have some peace of mind for the first year of our home ownership, and after we needed to pursue this benefit with some issues in our house, it became a complete run-around. After paying $150 JUST TO OPEN A CLAIM, we never got anywhere further than millions of phone calls with some Indian service. It ended up being a complete waste of time and money and something in my gut tells me Precious was likely aware that this would be the result but said nothing about it in our home-buying process (this warranty was one of her selling points on the price/negotiation process). I also don't appreciate her reaching out to prompt us to give her a 5-star review; notice this updated review is the first of her two dozen that isn't a 5-star review anymore. Frankly, we feel somewhat duped as first-time home buyers and I thought the public deserved a candid look at our experience with her. Aside from these concerns, I do think Precious was otherwise professional and easy to communicate with, and is knowledgeable in her field. It's easy to get 'emotional' with this updated review and drop it to 1-star, but that's not accurate or fair. I can't give a glowing review or necessarily recommend her to other (especially first-time) home buyers, but I also think one could certainly do worse in selecting a real estate agent. I simply wanted to give a more specific account of the negative parts of our experience.

Precious is an exceptional real estate agent. As a buyer, she took time to learn our needs to help find the best possible home. She was readily available and quick to respond. She was personable, open to hear our concerns with each home and helped guide us with practical, knowledgeable experience. She really went over and above in her service. Highly recommended!!

Precious is very knowledgeable and thorough with me as a client, making sure I understood each step in the process from start to finish. She was very professional and extremely patient during my time working with her. She made this experience enjoyable, even during the worst times. What can I say, Previous Lyons was amazing! List to close in less than a month. Smart, personable, hard worker and a great communicator. Not to mention a fantastic negotiator. Precious is an absolute godsend. She is incredibly thoughtful, patient, and diligent. I cannot say enough positive things about her. My partner and I closed our first home in November 2021. We began our house hunt late September. The Denver housing market was absolutely insane. Working Precious took on so much of the burden to ensure we were able to actually enjoy the search process (or at least as much as we could all things considering). Precious has, in my opinion, a very rare ability to be unshakably optimistic and encouraging while also ensuring her clients remain rooted in the reality of the day. There were a couple of times throughout where something may have off the rails (not because of Precious but rather the seller’s agent) and we had no idea because Precious was silently putting out fires on the backend at ungodly hours of the morning and night. Once she had gotten everything back in order, she shared the situation with us because she is all about the full disclosure, but was certain she would be able to keep our worries to a minimum. She is always super quick to respond to any inquiry we had at any hour of the day. At one point, we asked her if we were first/only clients because she was *ALWAYS* available with a response within minutes. ALWAYS. It was really impressive. I could go on and on, but hopefully if you’ve read this far, you’ve gotten a general idea of the type of agent you’ll get if you are fortunate enough to get to work with Precious. Save yourself a bunch of time and just got with her. Oh! Last thing! In an insanely hot seller’s market, people were throwing out reckless offers just to be considered competitive for a property. Working with Precious, not only did she use her skillful negotiating skills to get us the house, she actually helped us get it for under what the seller was asking! We have been happily in hour home for almost 9 months now without any issues at all! HIRE THIS WOMAN!!! …if you can get her.
