I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first home and I can’t tell you enough how easy and smooth Paul Pattyn made it. We worked Paul Pattyn to buy our home in Arbor Lodge. The sellers realtor wasn’t a very good communicator so I was happy Paul was staying on top of the details. Paul ended up being a project manager to get all of the work done we needed to close. The house needed work before the bank would approve the financing so Paul lined up all the contractors to get the work completed in time for closing. As well Paul worked with the seller to reduce our cost of those repairs. Can’t say enough good things about Paul and his ability to help us get the house we wanted. Thanks Paul!

It would be hard to find a better agent than Amy Reed. She's the best! She was always right there with the answers to all my questions and seemed to know everything I needed to know to proceed with my purchase. Also a great negotiator with the seller. As a result, I'm now happily living in my new house!
