My experience with the Peraza team was nothing short of AMAZING! We reached out to them not really sure of what we wanted, or when we wanted to buy. They were completely understanding and advised us that whenever the time was right, they would be there for us. When we started touring houses, Luis came and met us after a long day of work, or even on his weekends. The team was ready and available at all hours and days of the week. Once we found a place we liked, we had a certain budget we did not feel comfortable going over. Luis respected our budget and went through with helping us put in an offer at a price comfortable for us. Due the Peraza's amazing work, our offer was accepted-- at $30,000 under asking!
