The entire Pellegrini team (including Lori, Stacy and Rachel) were SUPERB to work with! I sold a home on behalf of my elderly aunt and I was doing so from 2000 miles away. I NEVER could have handled the problems (repairs, vendor selection, etc.) without their help. Because I am not familiar with the area, they were always there to recommend someone to do the work reliably and without worry of being misled. The home needed a lot of repair but we got the house fixed up and sold within a few months of listing it. I could not have ever done this without their expert guidance. I used the services of another member of their team on the commercial side for a property sale and was equally as pleased. I could not recommend them more highly - they know the market and they are truly customer service oriented. I wouldn't work with anyone else in Fountain Hills.

I interviewed Tony and his group to sell my home in Fountain Hills. I fortunately did NOT choose them to list it, the realtor I chose sold my home for over $250,000 more than Tony wanted to list it for, and in only a couple months. Tony and his mother brought all the supporting comps for their low price, but I knew better and did not hire them. Fountain Hills is unique in that properties and lots are so different, they only focused on the lower priced sales to justify their price, which was not the reality and an educated seller like myself picked up on this and selected another agent who saw the true value. It appears to me they intentionally under-price listings in order to sell them quickly for their own benefit in making commissions quicker. Beware and be careful listing with them, you don’t want to leave the equity you have earned on the table. They advertise a lot and have name recognition, don’t let this fool you into thinking they are the experienced agents they make themselves out to be. They may sell your home quickly but likely at the cost of loosing a lot of your equity.

Tony is a total pro. We really enjoyed working with him and his team. His connections and network in the Fountain Hills community is invaluable.

Susan and her team were great. Susan is very knowledgeable and has great insight. Her team stayed on top of every aspect with the purchase of multiple properties. Susan was a true agent putting my best interest first. There was no pressure for a sale just to have a sale. She will have your back and she negotiates pricing very well. I will use Susan for my next real estate transaction for sure.
