She worked really hard, did all the coordination with everyone - with construction workers to fix somethings around the house, with the staging company to make the house look really pretty and ready for showing, and even came shopping with me for a few appliances and coordinated the delivery while I was away! Patricia gave me all the right advice - from getting the house ready to sell to evaluation of offers and things to consider in negotiating.
