Shanekia worked tirelessly to help my family and I find our home in Arkansas. She spent two weeks almost exclusively with my wife while I worked on finishing up my employment in Iowa and then worked with me when my wife returned to Iowa and I went to start a new job in Little Rock. From Cabot to Bryant, Shanekia found little diamonds in the rough in a very tough market, taking in all those little points of data my wife and I were sharing but not able to put in words. Finally, after a difficult hunt, she found us a FANTASTIC home in a perfect location - a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch-style house with two 2-car garages. That's right - a garage for my wife's car and one for my woodworking and fix-it shop. Even full of all my tools, my son's go-kart, a small trailer, and my 18-foot sailboat, I can still fit my full-size pick-up truck in there. Inside the house, we've got an awesome dining room, an office (the extra bedroom) large enough for all three of us (and our desks!), a brand new hi-tech fridge (Shanekia scored that one for us), two spacious bedrooms, and a large living room we all love. What I loved most about working with Shanekia was her patience over the long haul with all of our in-between job traveling. And that she was never pushy, helped us understand all of the steps in closing on a house, and got us in touch with all the best people for a house loan and title company.
