Darren Holbrook at One Team Reality, LLC, was the Property Manager of the 4 bdrm, 3 bath, 2092 sqft, 3 car garage single family home I rented for the past 3 years 3 months located in Ewa Beach Hawaii. The active communication and professionalism displayed by this business is unmatched. The company made the move-in/move-out process extremely painless, every routine inspection simplistic, and they operated a web portal that was extremely easy to navigate for bill pay, document review, work request and more. I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring customer/renter satisfaction. I wish this LLC the best and strongly recommend this team of highly knowledgeable professionals. I have been one of One Team Realty’s tenant’s for 7 years! I can’t thank Darren and Liz enough for all that they have done for me and my roommates. They were always extremely responsive when it came to any issues or problems with the home. They would have repairs completed in a timely manner and by reputable service providers. Their online services made rent payments, maintenance requests, and keeping track of all my rental information very easy. I’m very thankful that Darren chose me to rent from his team! I wish that I could continue to work with them but the only reason I moved on was because the owner of the home I was living in decided to sell. Darren and Liz have been great property managers. I've entrusted them to take care of my rental for almost 5 years! They have made the process of having a rental easy. It took me a couple months to fix my property up for renting, but Darren was there throughout the process. He has a great list of contractors and also knows how to fix things. It put a lot of things at ease for myself and my tenant. I get monthly statements, and even inspection reports on my property. They are detailed, organized and have years dealing with property management. If you are looking for a great property manager, look no further.

Darren has been my property manager since 2019. I had to deal with an eviction and it made me realize I should leave the management to the professionals. I found Darren after a brief google search. I met with him shortly after. He explained me everything and I was happy to have him as a property manager. Couple years later, Liz joined the team and she has been a great addition to the management team. She keeps me posted with all the necessary updates. She is also very responsive to any of my queries. I have had them manage multiple properties and never had any issue. I get my tax documents on time every year with no issue. I’m glad I’ve found them. Darren has been an excellent property manager for us. We had some differences of opinion with our old company, and had to make a quick switch from far away. He took the time to talk with me, and clearly knows his stuff. He also very much works with owners to make sure we are comfortable with how our house and property are being handled and cared for. He obviously has experience in this field, and offers excellent advice. He got new tenants into our place faster than we expected, and has helped get our house back in good shape.
