5 GOLD STARS! Premiere, classy, hard working, respectful, responsive, and GETS THE JOB DONE! Our family sold our rural home that was in a trust without being in the area. We didn’t even have a realtor yet but a prospective buyer had hired the service of Olivia and she worked both buyer and seller sides impeccably. Selling a home without being there can be hard but she absolutely nailed it. We got lucky stumbling into working with her…don’t get lucky. If you have a property to sell or buy give her a call first!!! Make the decision to use her service and I firmly believe you and your family will be as impressed with her and her team as much as we were.

Wind River Realty sold the rental property we were living in at the time. While we were able to move into a new place, they allowed the new owners to access the property before our move-out period had ended. As a result, the new owners removed many of our belongings without our consent. I lost irreplaceable items, including belongings of my deceased mother and some of our furniture. They also attempted to take my husband’s military knife collection, which we thankfully managed to recover. However, they threw out my Charter Communications equipment, leaving me with an unpaid bill that has now damaged my credit. Despite this, Wind River Realty has refused to take responsibility or cover the costs. This experience has been deeply upsetting, and it’s clear that this company prioritizes their own interests over the well-being of their clients. I would not recommend them to anyone.
