I worked with Vivia (Guohua Jin) to buy my home and she was amazing. Super patient, super responsible, and always looking out for me. She noticed details I would’ve never caught and explained everything clearly so I never felt lost. What I appreciated the most is that she truly cared — not just about closing a deal, but about making sure I got a home that was safe and perfect. She was willing to help me push back on things, ask hard questions, and protect my interests the whole way through. Vivia also speaks fluent Chinese and English, which made everything so much easier for me. If you want an agent who is honest, thoughtful, and actually puts you first, Vivia is the one. I’m really grateful for everything she did.

Worked with Carlos representing the seller, and I was on the buyer side. Carlos did not show any interest in the sale process, refused to communicate with my agent, actively lied to her and me about the property (and he sold the home before so he had prior knowledge), told us he didn't want to tell us because he didn't want to deal with her, misrepresented other facts about the home, and in general made the process as miserable as it could be. I contacted the broker about the lack of communication, disappearing on vacation with no notice or alternate contact, multiple forms of misrepresentation, and I don't think he really cared either. I also get the feeling the seller was not well represented. I would never even look at another listing from this agency and unless you like working with an adult who behaves like a child more than a professional, avoid Carlos. This is not my first home sale or purchase, and this was most difficult experience due to lack of professionalism.

Ethan is the best! He was very patient which was key in getting the property which was perfect for me. His office handled everything with close expertly as well. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went.
