This is the 2nd propertyy Curtis sold for me in the last 5 years. I had such a great experience with him in 2021 that it was a no brainer for me to call him back when I needed this done. Property was something my family and I were holding onto for a while with no real plan we had a sit down with Curtis and showed us where and how he would list it and we ended up accepting an offer more than we all projected. Curtis was the perfect Realtor from start to finish. He never rushed us or pressured us into any house. He took dealing with my wife with the greatest of ease. I felt I could fix anything and she wanted it to be perfect from the get go. It made looking at houses rough.
