Nicole was an incredible seller's agent. I interviewed six different agents to find the right one to work with to sell my house, and Nicole impressed me from that very first meeting. Throughout the entire time we worked together, she was incredibly responsive, regardless of what I was asking her about, and when she had other obligations or conflicts, she was communicative about when she would be available to get back to me again. Even more impressively, she was able to point me in the right direction for experts to help improve the house before listing and to get repairs done that the buyers requested during closing. Speaking of the buyers, we were in the unfortunate situation of working with very difficult buyers, and Nicole did an absolutely incredible job of negotiating with them, and then with holding them to their word after the fact. In all, Nicole did a fantastic job, and I can't recommend working with her enough.

Nicole is amazing to work with. She knows the market and gets what you want, fast. We're first time home buyers and were really busy with planning a wedding.
