We purchased our home approximately 45 days ago. Matt and his team have been responsive to any issues. We will be sending a few items which we uncovered, however I would expect for Matt and his team to quickly repair/correct. I would recomend New Atlantic Realty. The only reason I did not give a rating of 5 stars was due to the design of the sprinkler system. I will update in 6 months.

Company drags their feet after you buy property. I have had several problems and the contractors act like you're the problem. If you fix something right the first time you don't have to come back. Explain to me why 2 of my sprinkler heads are on adjacent properties. My cooling unit has a faulty relay switch per Damon but he tells me to remind him when he's suppose to come out to fix. I'm not gonna call you and remind you when all you have to do is schedule me in. Where do they get these people from?

Matt Gilbert lies to you about what he agreed to do. When you do your pre build meeting make sure you get a copy of what you agreed to. When you have issues they drag their feet. You have to constantly call them after the sale to get items fixed. They make the house look good with cheap materials

Good food, good service! The staff is always nice and the restaurant always looks like they just cleaned it inside and outside.
