As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had no clue where to start with finding a realtor and getting started on the home-buying process. A mutual friend referred us to Linda and we couldn’t be happier with the process. Linda was amazing at providing an overview from day one of what to expect. The initial resources she gave us were extremely helpful and made the process of shopping and buying our home significantly less stressful. Linda has amazing communication skills and was always able to get us an answer to any question we might have. (Plus she was patient when we were stressing over all the little things too!) Linda was fantastic to work with as a first time home buyer! She was very flexible and willing to tour houses whenever worked best for us. She even pointed out potential concerns at the houses we viewed that we wouldn't have known to look for on our own. When it came time to put in an offer, she explained and simplified every detail of the process and helped us negotiate a deal we were satisfied with. After putting in the offer and closing on our house, Linda and her team continued to go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Linda was amazing to work with. My son was buying his first house and his budget was in the low 200's. Linda took him to see so many houses and was quick to point out the flaws and what he should be looking for in a house. She never balked at showing him yet another house. She had said from the beginning that she wouldn't sell him a house she wouldn't let one of her own kids buy. I trusted her implicitly and learned a lot from her in the process. I would highly recommend Linda and Gary if you are looking for a house. They make a great team!

Linda is so wonderful! I have known her for awhile. A very kind, caring and warm person. You know she is genuinely looking out for you. First she helped my son find a perfect first house that could easily be his forever home. She helped him get a great deal in a crazy market. Then she helped me and my siblings sell our family home. It was a very difficult thing to do and she was with us all the way. The house was a little unusual and difficult to determine a price. She spent the time in researching the selling price and once we accepted a great offer worked with the appraiser in understanding the value. I would recommend Linda to anyone buying or selling a home. You could not be in better hands for such important and emotional process.
