Kim was an acquaintance of mine who was great at keeping in touch, so I suggested her to my dad when he needed to sell his house. It turned out to be a great decision! She and her daughters made the process so easy and seamless. Kim laid out the schedule and explained every step clearly and communicated all along the way. She was organized and ready with an answer to any questions. From listing the house to closing was less than a month, and everything went even better than expected. Kim was also so thoughtful, that our whole family was just touched. Would highly recommend Kim and her daughters to help anyone buying or selling a house.

First-time home buyer: I couldn't imagine going through the home-buying process with anyone else. I don't leave reviews frequently, really almost never. However, they deserve the 5 stars because not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but they are; kind, personable, patient, and just great people. Also, Kim will never say it herself because of her humble outlook, but she's the type of person you want advocating for you. She has many connections, she can put her foot down in negotiations when needed, and has a way of making the process as smooth as possible. At times builders, sellers, or whomever will try to apply pressure, and the team will make sure you KNOW that you're in control. My wife and I wouldn't be homeowners today if it wasn't for MPG.
