I had a very good experience with this real estate agency while searching for an investment property. I liked that they didn’t push me toward any specific property but instead explained different options with honest comparisons. I wanted to view a home that Moreno Real Estate Group was managing and when I tried on two different occasions given my schedule with Issac Moreno, he was inflexible. I thought about a 3rd time but never officially confirmed with him and told him no thank you at this point. He came off pushy, aggressive and then tried to gas light me by saying he was already at the home waiting for me. I never confirmed with him we would do that. I don’t know if these other reviews are reflective of him or are paid reviews but the other 1 star reviews are correct & I don’t recommend working with Moreno Real Estate. Issac Moreno expects your world to revolve around him and there’s plenty of other realtors who are respectful and will work with your schedule.
