My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Molly on a sale in Mocksville. Molly was representing the buyer and we were helping the seller. It isn’t often that you see agents complementing one another, but I wanted to point Molly out because we had an outstanding transaction. She was professional, timely with her responses, and when we needed to work through something, we did so calmly, and in a way that allowed each of us to take care of our Clients in the best possible way. We worked together to create a win-win for everyone. Molly is one of the agents that you look forward to meeting when you get to the closing table. We were actually really excited to come in and finally meet her face-to-face and our clients had the opportunity to meet her and the buyers. It meant a lot to them to know that their home was going to someone who was as excited as they were. Molly was a great advocate for her clients and we appreciated having a sale with her. Selling a house can be stressful. We initially tried to sell FSBO and met Molly after she scheduled a viewing as a buyer's agent. We were impressed with the time and effort she put into assisting those clients. The house wasn't the fight fit for them, but we realized that Molly was the right fit for us. We decided to list the house with her, and she didn't disappoint. She stayed in contact with us every step of the way. She was optimistic, personable, and professional. She put a lot of energy and time into marketing the property, which sold quickly, just as she predicted. Molly is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and anything she does not know she is quick to find out or will point you in the right direction. I have never worked with a realtor that is so informative and that walks you through the entire process. I always felt comfortable asking questions. She is super sweet and an amazing person.
