Minni was the best real estate agent we could have asked for! She showed us a lot of houses and was very honest about the condition of the house; both the positive and negative aspects of each house. She has been in real estate for a long time and has a ton of experience buying, selling, and flipping properties. Minni has a good eye and was able to tell us which houses were over- and under-priced. She was also able to give us ideas about how we could renovate the homes to fit our needs. She helped us buy our first house and did a really good job explaining various systems within the house to us, explaining what was going on during the home inspection, and she even stopped by after the closing to say hi. We have already shared the Minni business card with all of our friends and we will be contacting her if we ever decide to move again.

Every now and then you meet a realtor that goes above and beyond the call of duty and becomes family. Here's our Minni story. My girlfriend and I were randomly looking at houses in winter and Minni showed us a property that we weren't really that interested in, but we told her that we'd keep in touch (which we were 1/2 way serious about). Within a few days, she was sending us listings and calling pretty regularly.... then I told her that before I buy a place I needed to get my parents a place, but first needed to get my mom a new job. Minni launched into her network and started getting my mother interviews. Once it started to feel real my parents started taking the long drive from upstate NY to NJ and Minni was spending her entire weekends showing us places. She must have put 30 hours and been on hundreds of 5-way texts between all family members. After seeing tons of places and getting to know the family she suggested we rent instead, regardless of the fact that her commission would go down significantly, and never skipped a beat looking for places. As a family we knew she was special since she made decisions for us as we would expect from a family member... so much so that when they moved in the first person they wanted to see was Minni. She has been nothing short of spectacular from a personal and professional standpoint. It's the kind of people that you want to stay close to for a lifetime.
