Amanda Mills was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She got our house listed quick and we had an offer the first weekend of showings. She kept us informed of any changes, paperwork, etc. I had not sold a home before so I had a million questions and she was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I will be using Amanda later in the year when I buy another home and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

Amanda did a fantastic job selling our home. We had multiple offers the first day, and she worked hard to negotiate a great deal for us. After the first deal fell through, she had our house back on the market in under 48 hours, and less than a day later we accepted an offer and had a new contract. Although it was an EXTREMELY stressful time for us, Amanda was cool, calm, and collected throughout the entire process and she made sure we got a premium offer on our home. She was involved in several meetings we had with our new home builder, and it was helpful to have her professional expertise during that process as well.

Amanda is an amazing realtor, from beginning to end she and her team handled every aspect of our sell to make it go smoothly. I wasn’t in love with the first set of pictures because the weather was not in our favor that day, Amanda booked me another appointment and within days the new photos were up online, she really listens to you. The Market started changing a month or so before our house went up and it scared us a little, Amanda gave us great advice and guided us through all of the hurdles all the while reassuring us to stay calm and didn’t let us do anything drastic. She was right a week later we were under contract! We loved working with her so much that we would ask her questions about the home we were buying in another state, before we would ask the realtor that we were using for our purchase, she’s so knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. If you are buying or selling a house, you’re already in a stressful situation, do yourself a favor and use the best, Amanda will guide you and help you make the best decisions.

I loved working with Amanda and Isaiah! They helped me get my place ready to show much faster than I could have on my own in terms of painting and such. My first buyer had some financing issues, but we were able to turn around really quickly and go back under contract.
