I can’t share what a wonderful experience it was to work with Monica in purchasing our home. I met Monica at an open house when me and my wife started looking. We had not yet looked for a house or an agent but as I started talking with her at this open house I knew I wanted her on my side. She brought so much information and calmness to my wife’s anxiety lol. We never even had the conversation about if she wanted to be our agent it just happened organically. We ended up looking at houses for at least 2 or 3 months and ended up finding a home we loved but the seller was horrible. She again kept us calm and dealt with said jerk more then anyone should have too. We made an offer then pulled out of deal at least 2 times before finally the seller and Monica found a way to get us back to the negotiating table. So we purchased our home, and it was the hardest thing we had to do with the horrible seller, but Monica kept us calm, worked through the issues and just made it all worth it to keep moving forward. I would never want anyone to go through what me and my wife did with this seller but this is real life and things don’t always go to plan and thank god he brought us into Monica’s path because she got us through to purchasing our dream.
