Having worked with Mike before to purchase my first home, I reached out to him early on (well before listing my home for sale) to get some advice on the house sale process and what items could be done preemptively. Mike went out of his way to visit and speak with us to give us the confidence and answers we needed for when we chose to sell. Once my wife and I found the right house we wanted to purchase for our move, we had Mike handle both the purchase of the new property (for which he and Emily were also super helpful) as well as the sale of our existing house immediately afterwards. We were very happy with the listing and photos set up by his team, and he was always available when we had further questions or concerns. Overall the process of buying and selling with Mike as our agent went about as well as we could have hoped with this being our first time going through those processes simultaneously. Mike is amazing! We are first time homebuyers and he patiently walked us through every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable about what to look for during walkthroughs to make sure the house was in good condition. We bought the house significantly under asking thanks to Mike’s negotiation ability.
